ZAP Zapino
The ZAP Zapino is ZAP's latest full sized electric scooter
and considered the link between ZAP's personal transporters
and electric cars. The Zapino is made in China with a brushless
DC induction motor and delivers 9000 RPM and is so compact
that it gives more space for extra batteries under the seat.
Moreover, the unit utilizes a 60V Silicone battery pack that
gives the scooter a 30 mph speed to cover distances of 30
miles per charge. The Zap Zapino weighs approximately 298
pounds with the battery and can carry 2 passengers with a
carrying limit of 280 pounds. It also has an optional 60V
40AH Lithium pack that can increase the distance range to
approximately 65 miles. It can climb in a 25-percent slope
depending on the weather condition.
Kill A Watt
There are other innovations allied with ZAP Zapino including
the "Kill A Watt" Plug-in Power Monitor that allows
the owner to check on the electrical expense consumed by the
scooter; the Zapino Fast 10A Charger; and the Zapino Rear
Luggage Case. These can all be purchased with any regular
scooter dealer that carry ZAP products.
